Biography of Md Aminul Islam
শিল্পী মো. আমিনুল ইসলাম এর সঙ্গীতাঙ্গণে পথচলা শুরু হয় সেই ছাত্রজীবন থেকেই। পারিবারিক ভাবেই সঙ্গীতের সাথে বেড়ে উঠা, স্কুল ও কলেজ জীবনে পড়াশুনার পাশাপাশি সঙ্গীত চর্চার মাধ্যমে সাংস্কৃতিক কর্মকান্ডে নিয়মিত নিজেকে সম্পৃক্ত রাখেন।
• শিক্ষাজীবন:
শিক্ষাজীবনে শিল্পী মো. আমিনুল ইসলাম ময়মনসিংহের মুক্তাগাছা উপজেলার আর কে উচ্চ বিদ্যালয় থেকে এস এস সি, মুক্তাগাছা এস এস সরকারী কলেজ থেকে এইচ এস সি এবং জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অধীনে ঢাকাস্থ সরকারী কবি নজরুল কলেজ থেকে গ্র্যাজুয়েশন শেষে আন্তর্জাতিক ইসলামী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় চট্টগ্রাম থেকে এমবিএ সম্পন্ন করেন।
• কর্মজীবন:
কর্মজীবনে গত এক যুগেরও বেশি সময় ধরে তিনি দেশের শীর্ষস্থানীয় একটি বেসরকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানের ‘ডেপুটি ম্যানেজার’ হিসেবে অত্যন্ত দক্ষতার সাথে দায়িত্ব পালন করছেন।
• সাংস্কৃতিক সংগঠক:
ছাত্রজীবনে বিভিন্ন সাংস্কৃতিক সংগঠনের সাথে সম্পৃক্ত থেকে সঙ্গীতসহ বিভিন্ন সাংস্কৃতিক কর্মকান্ডে নিজেকে নিয়োজিত করেন। তারমধ্যে উল্লেখযোগ্য হচ্ছে, ঢাকার সাভারে ‘প্রতীতি শিল্পীগোষ্ঠী’র প্রতিষ্ঠাতা পরিচালক এবং পরবর্তীতে আন্তর্জাতিক খ্যাতিসম্পন্ন সাংস্কৃতিক সংগঠন সাইমুম শিল্পীগোষ্ঠী’র পরিচালক হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করেন। এসময়ে তিনি সঙ্গীত প্রশিক্ষক হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালনের পাশাপাশি নতুন নতুন গানের অ্যালবাম প্রকাশের মধ্য দিয়ে সঙ্গীতের পথে সুদূর পথচলায় বিভিন্ন অভিজ্ঞতা লাভ করেন। এছাড়াও তিনি বিভিন্ন সামাজিক-সাংস্কৃতিক কর্মকাণ্ডে নিয়মিত অংশগ্রহণ করে আসছেন।

ব্যক্তিগত জীবনে শিল্পী মো. আমিনুল ইসলাম স্ত্রী, ১ ছেলে ও ১ মেয়ে নিয়ে ঢাকায় বসবাস করছেন।
• সঙ্গীত সাধনা:
সঙ্গীত সাধনার নেশায় সর্বদা মত্ত শিল্পী মো. আমিনুল ইসলাম প্রখ্যাত নজরুল সঙ্গীতশিল্পী ওস্তাদ সালাউদ্দীন আহমেদের নিকট দীর্ঘসময় ধরে নজরুল সঙ্গীত চর্চা ও তালিম নিয়ে আসছেন।
• সঙ্গীতের বৃহৎ পরিসরে শিল্পী মো. আমিনুল ইসলাম:
সঙ্গীত নিয়ে বৃহৎ পরিসরে কাজের লক্ষ্যে শিল্পী মো. আমিনুল ইসলাম নিজের প্রচেষ্টায় গড়ে তোলেন ‘অনুরণন কালচারাল গ্রুপ’ (Anuronon CG)। এ কালচারাল গ্রুপ এর প্রথম অডিও মিউজিক অ্যালবাম ‘কিছুই আমার নয়’ প্রকাশ করা হয় ২০১৩ সালে। এই অ্যালবামের গানে শিল্পীর সাথে আরও অনেক শিল্পী কণ্ঠ দিয়েছেন।
‘কিছুই আমার নয়’ অ্যালবামের ১১টি গান থেকে ৪টি গানের মিউজিক ভিডিও ইউটিউবে প্রকাশ করা হয়। আরও বেশ কিছু ভিডিও রয়েছে প্রকাশের অপেক্ষায়। Anuronon CG এর ২টি ইউটিউব চ্যানেল রয়েছে। এছাড়াও ইউটিউবসহ বিভিন্ন মিডিয়ায় তিনি নিয়মিত নজরুল সঙ্গীত পরিবেশন করছেন।
• স্ট্রিমিং প্ল্যাটফর্মে শিল্পী মো. আমিনুল ইসলাম:
শিল্পী মো. আমিনুল ইসলাম নিয়মিত গান প্রকাশ করছেন। গানগুলো শ্রোতারা শুনতে ও দেখতে পাবেন ইউটিউব, আইটিউনস, স্পটিফাই, অ্যামাজন মিউজিক, ডিজার সহ জনপ্রিয় এবং আন্তর্জাতিক সকল স্ট্রিমিং প্ল্যাটফর্মে।
Artist Md. Aminul Islam began his musical journey during his student years. Growing up in a family with a strong musical background, he developed a deep passion for music from an early age. Alongside his school and college studies, he remained actively involved in cultural activities through regular music practice, continuously nurturing his artistic talent and dedication to the world of music.
• Education:
Artist Md. Aminul Islam completed his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from R.K. High School, Muktagachha, Mymensingh, and his Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from Muktagachha S.S. Government College. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Government Kabi Nazrul College, Dhaka, under the National University, and later completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC).
• Professional Career:
For more than a decade, Md. Aminul Islam has been serving with distinction as a Deputy Manager at one of Bangladesh’s leading private organizations. Throughout his professional career, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and expertise while successfully fulfilling his responsibilities.
• Cultural Organizer:
During his student years, Md. Aminul Islam actively participated in various cultural organizations and engaged in a wide range of artistic and cultural activities, with a particular focus on music. Among his notable contributions, he served as the Founding Director of Protiti Shilpigosthi in Savar, Dhaka. He later took on the role of Director of Saimum Shilpigosthi, an internationally recognized cultural organization. During this period, he worked as a music instructor while also gaining valuable experience through the release of several music albums, further enriching his journey in the field of music. In addition to his artistic pursuits, he continues to actively participate in various social and cultural initiatives.
• Personal Life:
In his personal life, Md. Aminul Islam lives in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with his wife, one son, and one daughter, enjoying a happy and family-oriented life.
• Musical Pursuit:
Driven by a lifelong passion for music, Md. Aminul Islam remains deeply committed to his musical journey. He has been studying and receiving extensive training in Nazrul Sangeet under the renowned Nazrul Sangeet maestro Ustad Salauddin Ahmed for many years, continuously refining his artistic skills and deepening his understanding of this rich musical tradition.
• Md. Aminul Islam on a Broader Musical Platform:
With a vision of contributing to the music industry on a larger scale, Md. Aminul Islam founded Anuronon Cultural Group (Anuronon CG) through his own initiative. In 2013, the group released its debut audio music album, Kichui Amar Noy (Nothing Is Mine), featuring performances by Md. Aminul Islam alongside several other talented artists.
From the album’s 11 songs, four music videos were officially released on YouTube, while several more are awaiting release. Anuronon CG currently operates two YouTube channels, and through these platforms, as well as other digital media, Md. Aminul Islam continues to perform and share Nazrul Sangeet with audiences on a regular basis.
